Rose Chocolate Love Bark Recipe

A perfect sweet treat recipe for all of the chocolate lovers. This recipe makes a great gift and is simple and easy to make. Share the rose love bark with your loved ones.

(Serves about 6)


  • 8 ounces good-quality dark chocolate (you can use bars, chips, or chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed dried rose petals
  • Other toppings to consider (walnuts and pistachios)


Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

Fill your saucepan three-quarters of the way up with water and then bring to a boil.

To safely melt the chocolate, place a metal bowl that fits on top of the pot without touching the water below it. Place the chocolate into the metal bowl and make sure they are either chips or chocolate cut into small pieces. Reduce the boiling water to medium heat, and place the bowl of chocolate over the simmering water.

Stir the chocolate while it begins to melt and continue to stir so that it does not harden. Once the chocolate is melted simply pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper. You will want to then use a spatula or large spoon to smooth the chocolate it into an even layer.

Lastly, sprinkle rose petals and your other choice of toppings while the chocolate is still in a liquid form.

Refrigerate until completely cooled and hardened. We recommend waiting about an hour before eating. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.

To serve, carefully peel away the parchment paper and on a hard leveled surface, begin to break it up. Enjoy! And remember, sharing is caring!
